We have a Direct Client Requirement for you and the details are as follows

Title: ServiceNow Sr.Technical Developer

Duration: 6+ months

Location: Anywhere, 100% Remote

Type: Contract to hire

Basic Qualifications:

Desc: Software development skills, well versed in JavaScript, web 2.0, HTML, report construction, the understanding of relational and class based database technology, as well as the technical configuration of forms, assignment rules, service levels, importing data, etc… below are some additional details

Required Skills
2-4 Years of Service-Now experience
Must have solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience with databases such as MySQL, Oracle, DB2
Experience with Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, Advanced Reference Qualifiers, Reporting, Security through Access Control Rules and Graphical Workflows
Strong documentation abilities
Background in ITSM

Additional Skills
Integration experience with Service Now a plus, i.e., LDAP, SCCM
ITIL v2/v3 Foundation Certification
Working knowledge of the technologies web applications, networks, protocols and email (SMTP, POP3)
Working knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, AJAX, CSS, XML experience a plus
Experience with web services via APIs is a plus
Good Communication Skills
Experience with SDLC (one or more of): Scrum (Preferred), Agile, Waterfall
Experience with implementation of Service Now, working with Incident Management, Knowledge Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Asset Management, Problem Management, CMBD and Discovery as it relates to Service Now
