Title: Automation QA Engineer (Investment Clients’ experience)
Location: Boston, MA

Duration: 6+ Months
Job Description:
Automation QA engineer with experience in middle tier and front end automation and experience with database level testing. Incumbent is supposed to join a highly productive team in an agile development environment and participate in end to end QA ownership immediately. Finance domain experience and knowledge is a huge plus.
Should have sound knowledge of Cucumber, QTP and coded UI. Experience in automation of front end .NET based rich clients is a must have
This role requires extensive knowledge and experience with database testing, middle tier and front end automation testing and exposure to testing of OBIEE reports.
Main duties and responsibilities:
· Analyze requirement with BA team and end to end ownership of functional and non-functional stories
· Create and review functional and non – functional test plan, test cases and regression testing suites
· Execute test cases and maintain automated testing suite by updating with new test cases
· Participate in defining and development of automation framework for middle tier and .NET front end testing
· Extensive knowledge of Cucumber and codedUI will be required to setup and maintain the automation framework
· Participate in agile development team in a fast paces matrix environment
· Financial domain knowledge will be required to interact with business analysts and analyse the functional requirements
· Suggests process enhancements to improve productivity and test effectiveness of the program
Requirements:
· Automation framework skills with tools like QTP, Cucumber/coded UI
· Financial domain knowledge
· Experience with back end database testing with proficient SQL skills
· Clear concise communication skills – high interaction with client stakeholders at all levels
