Must Have Skills:

• Ability to act as a single point of contact for client for all technical aspects of deliveries of a large portfolio

• Manage client stakeholders effectively through effective status updates and by building strong working relations

• Strong background in Java, J2ee, Struts2, Design Patterns, Architecture, Web Applications (large scale), Cache Frameworks, Web Services and ability to effectively articulate J2ee technical problems, solutions to client

• Good understanding or ability to pick up concepts on RWD, HTML5, Accessibility, JQuery, JS Templating required to effectively articulate technical problems, solutions to client in this technology stack

• Ability to architect solutions and articulate the same to Senior level Architects at client side

• Ability to drive Innovation agendas in a collaboratively engaging multiple teams in client and cognizant

• Lead Process and Capability building Initiatives

• Hold status meetings with teams and track progress and mitigate Risks early for large distributed team (50+) across onsite, offshore locations

• Solution Architecture definition of large scale systems

• Strong Analytical and Verbal & Written communication skill

• Proactive approach to things and ability to generate and drive initiatives such as Innovation, Process and Capability improvement agendas

• Large Team management experience in onsite – offshore model

• Good exposure to Agile based development approach is a strong plus

• Experience of project management involving large team

• Self-Motivated and ability to conceive and drive Initiatives to fruition

Soft skills

• Client Handling.

• Good Knowledge in B2C

• Coordination with Offshore Team.

• Excellent communication skills, analytical skills, written and oral skills.

Certifications:

PMP, Scrum Master and/or TOGAF certifications are strong Plus points
