Job Description

ACTIVITIES PERFORMED

•Responsible for promotional activities for the project team among all the builders, architects, retailers of location and agents of the branded company.

•Building Client relationship, briefing them about our various projects along with arrangements of site visits.

•Negotiate on the rate of quoted price of the property .

OPERATIONAL/BUSINESS RESPONSIBILITY

•Brief customers about our various projects.

•Take the clients for the site visit.

•Constant Interaction with customers.

•Take care of corporate presentations, proposals and approach papers for the customer.

•Tie-up with the corporate clients who are seeking for the property.

•Provide profile of the Company to the clients.

•Ensure detailed study of the area.

•Look for the future value of the property, the area and the industry.

•Handover the detail to the concerned head.

Desired Candidate Profile Presentable.

Good Comm skills.
Should have his own vehicle.
MBA Freshers are welcome.
Graduate with experience can apply.
Candidate Should be from Local.
