There will be a bond for two and a half years for freshers including the trainee period. The Trainee & probation period is for 6 months and a stipend of Rs. 6000 per month will be given to the trainee. After 6 months, trainee can be made permanent depending upon the performance for last 6 months and salary will then be Rs. 8000 to 10000 per month.
Responsible for complete recruitment life cycle from sourcing the resumes till on boarding. Close open requirements in minimum TAT. Create Database using job posting, networking, referrals etc. Create and update Daily/ Weekly and Monthly requisition status sheets.
40% generalist profile.
Training and development,
Attendance and Leave Calculation.
Offer release and employee on-boarding.
Induction.
Skills Requirements:
Any graduate in HR or MBA, PGDBA, PGDM.
Experience or Knowledge or HR processes.
Knowledge of all government laws and statutory acts.
Good communication skills.
Confident with positive attitude.
Good team player and should be able to work and deliver under deadlines.
Good working knowledge of Office.
Excellent selling & convincing skills.
Should be able to gel with people and also handle grievances professionally and with maturity.
