Job Designation/Role/Title :- Principal Research Engineer
Job Type :- Govt Jobs
Required Qualification :- M. Tech (with + 13 years experience) or Ph. D (+ 8 years experience) in Engineering (Material Science, Electrical/Electronics, Chemical), Physics or Chemistry. At least 5 years of work experience should be in industry in the field of organic electronics.
Required Experience :- Extensive experience of fabrication, characterization and building prototypes using organic semiconductor devices such as organic solar cell, organic light emitting diodes, organic thin film transistors etc. The industrial experience should include development of prototypes and conducting feasibility studies for their commercialization.
Salary/CTC/Package :- Rs.37400-67000 with grade pay of Rs.9500/-
