Identification and development of business in the area.

Communicating various schemes/offers to Franchise for enhancing performance
Expansion of the Franchise network & ensuring service-supply for all.
Candidate having Experience in making Franchise for the company will be
preferred in courier and logistics.
Should be able to lead the team so as to ensure that they follow the laid down
rules and regulations of the company.
To Recruit Staff and achieve targets through them.
