Job Description / Desired Candidate Profile
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Candidates should possess B.E/B.Tech/Any graduate from any recognized university
Vocational education (or higher) with an IT component or comparable thinking and
working level obtained in day to day activities.
Should have Considerable knowledge of IT infrastructures and associated
protocols such as TCP/IP and SNMP.
Microsoft TS Certification on networking or server product.Knowledge of the
following areas:
Microsoft Windows 2008 (R2) server
Nortel Networks Switch/Router environments, or other network environments
MS SCOM 2007
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Monitoring the health of the infrastructure and ICT services of Deloitte ICT
Services in the Netherlands.
Detect, analyze and log events, errors and alarms concerning the infrastructure.
Proactive and reactive escalation of (potential) disruption in our IT services.
Registration of incidents in our ticketing system for handling by our 2nd line
engineers
Develop analysis, trend reporting and service level reports for each service or
product.
Participate in activites during the montly maintenance window weekend.
