Candidates should possess any degree from a recognized university
No B.E. / B.tech/ BCA/ B.Sc (IT)/ MCA/ Regular MBA or PGDBM/ LLB / B.eD
6 months – 2 years of desired experience
Back office Experience preferrable
Excellent Communication Skills
Flexible to work in 24*5 environment (Night shifts)
Excellent payroll process/domain knowledge desired
Good written, verbal communication
Good Interpersonal skills
Good problem-solving and decision making skills.
Advanced computer operating skills required (MS- Office Applications specially
Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
Typing Speed of Minimum 30 WPM with 100% Accuracy
Ability to clearly document processing procedures into an SOP format
