Having knowledge about Computer/Laptop Troubleshooting.
Should have experience in desktop and 1st level support.
Supporting end users in problems with using desktop/PC's.
Working knowledge of IT Helpdesk (Call logging) preferred.
Need to ensure their timely and proper closure with TAT.
