Government of India Ministries and Departments in the prescribed format. The posts are :
Assistant Director (Cost) : 10 posts in Indian Cost Accounts Services in the Office of Chief Adviser Cost, Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance
Assistant Director (Physics) : 02 posts in Central Forensic Science Laboratory, Department of Forensic Science Service, Ministry of Home Affairs
Junior Staff Officer : 05 posts in National Crime Records Bureau, Ministry of Home Affairs
Superintending Mining Geologist : 01 post in Indian Bureau of Mines, Ministry of Mines
Associate Town and Country Planner : 01 post in Town and Country Planning Organisation, Ministry of Urban Development
APPLICATION FEE:
(a) Candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs. 25/- (Rupees Twenty five) only either by remitting the money in any branch of the SBI by cash or by using net banking
facility of the SBI or by using visa/master credit/debit card.
(b) No fee for SC/ST/PH/Women candidates of any community. No “fee exemption” is available to OBC male candidates and they are required to pay the full prescribed fee.
(c) Applications without the prescribed fee would not be considered and summarily rejected. No representation against such rejection would be entertained.
How to Apply : Candidates should apply Online at UPSC a) Candidates must apply online through the Applications received through any other mode would not be accepted and summarily rejected.
b) If the applicant is claiming any experience, then he/she has to personally upload his/her experience certificate in a single pdf file in such a way that the size file does not exceed 2 MB and is legible when a printout taken. For that the applicant may scan the experience certificate in Zoodpi grey scale.
c) Candidates who wish to apply for more than one post should apply separately for each post and pay the fee for each post in the prescribed manner.
General Instructions:
1. A Candidate must be either: a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January, 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan,
2. The application of a candidate in whose case a certificate of eligibility is necessary, may be considered by the Commission and, if recommended for appointment,
3. They are advised to satisfy themselves before applying that they possess at least the essential qualifications laid down for various posts. No enquiry asking for advice as to eligibility will be entertained.
4. Candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs. 25/- (Rupees Twenty five) only either by remitting the money in any branch of the SBI by cash or by using net banking facility of the SBI or by using visa/master credit/debit card.
5. The upper age limit in case of Ex-Servicemen and Commissioned Officers including ECOs/SSCOs shall be relaxed by the length of Military Service increased by three years subject to the conditions that on the closing date of receipt of applications
6. Ex Servicemen who have already secured regular employment under the Central Govt. in a Civil Post are permitted the benefit of age relaxation as admissible for Ex-Servicemen for securing another employment in any higher post or service under the Central Govt.
7. In case of JCOs/ORs and equivalent of the Navy and Air Forces: Army: By various Regimental Record Offices. Navy: Naval Records, Bombay Air Force: Air Force Records, New Delhi.
8. The age relaxation will be admissible to such of the Government servants as are working in posts which are in the same line or allied cadres and where a relationship could be established that the service already rendered
9. Age relaxation for Widows, Divorced Women and Women Judicially separated from Husbands: The upper age limit is relaxable up to the age of 35 years (upto 40 years for members of Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes
10. In case of divorced Women and Women judicially separated from their husbands, a certified copy of the judgment/decree of the appropriate Court to prove the fact of divorce or the judicial separation,
11. Age relaxation to Physically Handicapped (PH) persons: Age relaxation of 5 years is allowed (total 10 years for SCs/STs and 8 years for OBCs in respect of the posts reserved for them) to blind,
12. Applications received through any other mode would not be accepted and summarily rejected. If the applicant is claiming any experience, then he/she has to personally upload his/her experience certificate in a single pdf file in such a way that the size file does not exceed 2 MB and is legible when a printout taken.

16. A declaration in the prescribed format by candidate seeking reservation as OBC, that he/she does not belong to the creamy layer on the crucial date,
17. A candidate who claims change in name after matriculation on marriage or remarriage or divorce etc. the following documents shall be submitted:- In case of marriage of women – Photocopy of Husband’s passport showing names of spouses.
