Looking for a “Intern- Employee Mobility ” for a 2 month project with strong communication, and customer service skills. This role will require interaction, via phone and email, with third parties. Exp: 0-1 Years(No prior experience is required. Candidates awaiting for final year results can also apply) Candidate needs to Interact with the clients on a regular basis to follow up on the overseas travel of employees. Prepare the list of necessary documentation for various overseas travels (business visits, short term visits, and long term assignments). Interact with various vendors for visa processing / travel arrangements. Coordinate with the employees to collect the necessary documents, Invitation letters for overseas travel and forward the same for processing. Coordinate for the travel of Employee family where required. Interact with the Finance Department for Forex requirements. Overseas Medical checkup. Coordinate with Admin for ticket booking and accommodation. Maintain Employee Mobility records. class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
