**ITIL Certification is a must**
**Should be a certified auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001**
** Should be responsible for quality assurance wrt service delivery**

Can Facilitate client audits in consultation with the ISO (9001, 20000, 27001) and evaluate readiness of processes being audited.
Should be able to Conduct Internal audits based on ISO 9001, 20000, ITIL, ISO 27001(ISMS) for the various projects.
Should be able to conduct assessments, documentation, analysis and findings, based on ITIL best practices and company standards.
Should be able to drive improvement plans effectively both on process and delivery.
Good analytically skills
