Education

Bachelor”s Degree (Computer Science / Electronics & Communication/Telecommunication) or any other University degree
Responsibilities

Writing or revising descriptive and procedural documents for the
intended users, researching content and audience information, using
specifications, existing information, and interviews with subject matter
experts (SMEs) to develop customer documentation
Ensuring quality in the product documentation, that is, delivers
documents that meet NSN documentation standards of style, writing
quality, and format for online help, electronic documents, and technical
manuals
Working with cross-functional teams to identify risks, solve problems, determine content requirements, and maintain progress
Driving innovation and content quality with stakeholders
Contributing to standards, conventions, and processes
Strong analytical problem determination/solving skills
Troubleshooting tool issues
Proficient editorial competence, with the ability to follow and apply NSN Style guidelines
Skills/Knowledge

Excellent communications and writing skills
XML, DITA, DITA-OT publishing
Setting up documentation bulid environment
Experience using content management system (SVN or ClearCase)
Proven ability to research, plan, and deliver solutions taking into
account industry best practices, as well as business and technical
requirements
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Ability to work well in a team
Knowledge of documentation life cycle
Assets

Telecommunication and IP experience or knowledge
Working in Agile environment
Knowledge in FrameMaker, Serna, and multimedia tools
Experience in working with global teams
