To manage and implement centralized reporting for all Regional Operational BTC's/Implants to ensure internal centralized compliance reporting of ops data within CWT, conduct internal process investigations (upon request), perform Operational Assessments and report out findings to management team (as directed), participate in/lead varied projects (central or national) as assigned using Six Sigma methodology/Green Belt Training.
To utilize all reporting tools available including Crystal report, Business Objects Enterprise. Crystal xcelcious, Merced, SQL, Ms – Office (Excel)

Manage daily, weekly and monthly Crystal Reports and distribution for the APAC and EMEA Region
Manage Ad – Hoc Regional Operations reporting process
Completion/Distribution of Reports (Phone, Email, Fax, Outbound)
Achieve goals of projects and communicate road blocks/hindrances to meeting goals/deadlines
Crating Automated Reporting Solution through Crystal and other Database reporting tools.
Consistent Development on New Reports as per Business Alignment
Position Requirements
Requirements
Min 2 – 3 Years of Business or Operations Analyst or Project/Database Management.
Prior Experience of Handling Global Reporting or reporting of more than one Projects
Excellent in Ms – Office Suite, Crystal Reports, Crystal Xcelcious, using SQL, VB formats and basic database knowledge also required.
Knowledge of Avaya Database System.
Should posses excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent mathematical knowledge.
Excellent logical & analytical bent of mind and a flair for data analysis
MIS analysts in BPO Operations would be preferred.
Understanding of other areas like HR, Finance & Accounts.
