5. Medical Officer: 09 Posts
(i) AMU: 01 Post
(ii) MCH: 07 Posts
(iii) PCPNDT: 01 Post
Age Limit: Candidates age should not be more than 30 years as on 01-01-2014.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess M.B.B.S from recognized university and Completed/ completing internship on or before 31-12-2014.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on interview.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send the applications in the format given in the notification, along with duly attested certificates of M.B.B.S. Pass Certificate, Internship Completion Certificates, SC/ OBC/ Handicapped Certificates, Detail Marks in all professions, House Job already done, Sports & extracurricular activities, Character Certificate, Permanent Registration with Medical Council/ State Medical Council, Attempt Certificate, Copy of provisional internship completion, Two attested passport size latest photographs to the office of Medical Superintendent-cum-Jt. Principal Medical Officer, (Room No. 24), Govt. Multi-Specialty Hospital, Sector-16, Chandigarh on or before 09-12-2014 by 5:00 P.M. Candidates may attend the interview along with all the original, Testimonial/ Certificates in the Office of Director Health & Family Welfare Chandigarh Administration, (Sarai Building) GMSH16, Chandigarh on 17-12-2014 at 10:30 A.M.
