Skills & Experience Required:
· A minimum of 5 years previous experience developing and supporting applications in Oracle
· SOA suite(BPEL, OSB)
· 3+ years of effectively leading a Tier 2 or Tier 3 support team, and providing leadership when called upon to resolve issues
· 3 +years of experience with debugging application solutions, with a strong familiarity with XML, WSDL, XSLT
· Minimum of 1year experience performing quality assurance testing on production applications
· Knowledge in B2B, AlA, SQL, PL/SQL,Oracle JDeveloper llg
· Experience with JCAPS/See Beyond support is a plus
· Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
· Work with Oracle Technical support on SR resolution
· Available to provide 24 x 7 production support via on call rotation afterhours and weekends.
· Effectively interface with customers at all levels (IT and Exec Level Mgmt etc.)
· Proven history coordinating with multiple IT groups, setting priorities across a team of external vendors and co-workers to resolve application incidents
· Possess the ability to grasp Business functionality along with technical implementation
· Document incidents, resolve or escalate tickets accordingly
· Establish information systems Support standards and best practices for high availability and scalability environments
· Should be able to effectively and clearly communicate with Business users
