OIM Developer (4-7 yrs) Bangalore (Enterprise – SAP/Oracle) – Bangalore – Ideny & Access Management Architect This role gives opportunity to work with a great team. Overview/Summary – Architect should be a SME in application development services using the following technologies: Java, J2EE, OIM, SOA, Web Services, XML, SQL, Oracle, etc. – He should be able to provide technical leadership of Ideny and Access Management Services to his team with development, implementation, and support strategies.). Key responsibilities and Duties: – Provides expertise in the Oracle Ideny and Access Mgt. Suite (e.g., OIM, OVD, OID, OAM, etc). – Key services include user access provisioning, authentication and access management. – Works closely with other IDM Technical Leads as well as functional and technical reps from teams across the department to deliver and support IAM services. – Interacts with various business units to determine business requirements, design and deliver solutions and support production systems. – Requirements gathering, analysis, system design and architecture, development, testing, implementation, etc. – Provides input to project plan development, identifying risks and issues and providing project updates – Daily production support of IAM systems and services Experience Profile: – Expertise in Java, J2EE software development and deployment (preferably on WebLogic) – Expertise in Oracle Ideny Manager (OIM) and Oracle Access Manager development and integration – Expertise in SAML, SOA, WebLogic (or a. compeive product) – Proficiency with Oracle Virtual Directory, Oracle Inte. net Directory, Oracle Access Manager, etc. – Expertise in troubleshooting. complex technical issues – Ability to design and implement workflow rule-based provisioning solutions to meet. complex business requirements. – Experience in performance tuning, configuration, support, and troubleshooting. – Experience with LDAP directories – Familiarity with WebLogic, Linux, MS Active Directory, SQL, Oracle Database – Experience in a 24- 7 operational environment with on-call and production support responsibility – Experience with Java, JDBC, SAML, XML, SQL, Web Services – Knowledge of Web Services including Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) – Knowledge of SQL and database concepts – Knowledge of basic Weblogic administration – Stable record of direct employment Preferred: – BS in. Computer Science, Information Technology, or related subject – Experience with configuration and custom development in Oracle Ideny Manager – Experience with connectors, reconciliation, and request workflows, approval workflows – Experience with manual and automated provisioning workflows, reporting and analytics – Experience with development against an Oracle back-end – Oracle Ideny Federation (OIF) – Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware/Oracle Service Bus, SQL Query Tools, XQuery, XSLT – Experience with software version control tools (SVN, Git, etc.) (ref:hirist. com)
