QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
Location : Noida
Experience : 0 to 1 yrs
Education : (UG – B.Tech/B.E. – Any Specialization, Computers, Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication) OR (PG – MBA/PGDM – Any Specialization, MCA – Computers) OR ( Doctorate – Any Doctorate – Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required)
JOB DESCRIPTION / DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
Explore & develop new business opportunities and understand client's requirement and Client Acquisition in the area of providing manpower solutions to US IT clients.
Building client Relationship management and generate Leads and business
Develop the foundation for many new client accounts and strategically nurtured the already existing client accounts .
Making cold calls to explore new business opportunities and Interact with clients on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfill.
Be one point contact for Client and Recruitment team.
Get involved in complete Sales/BD/Recruitment life cycle – from sourcing to placing the candidates.
Search resumes in various available Job Portals.
Negotiating Rates/ Contracts and Revenue Generation.
Required Skills & Experience:
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to strike conversation and build rapport with US clients.
Incumbent needs to be enthusiastic, who displays ownership of work, discipline and perseverance at work.
Should have zeal to work in the global scenario.
The right candidate must be a confident Self-Starter with experience in staffing services & must have a high degree of drive to motive the entire team.
Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines, and to prioritize competing demands effectively.
Candidates with prior experience in US staffing/ bpo/2012-2013 passouts/would be preferred .
We are looking for stable resources who are looking for a long term opportunity.
Should have good communication and convincing skills.
Willing to work in night shifts ( US Timings)
5 DAYS WORKING
We are looking for individuals with a technical bent of mind.
Proven track record of achieving aggressive targets.
Demonstrated ability to understand and explain channel sales knowledge of IT or staff Augmentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, motivated, good work ethics as well as listening skills.(All Mandatory)
Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends
Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
Candidates from International BPO Background can also apply.
Position is for night shift only.
