Job Description:

1. Preparation of Detailed Project Report / Diagnostic Study Report, CMA Data of the Micro Infrastructure & Realty Projects
2. Liasoning with Bank for loan sansaction & disburse
3. Studying & analyzing financial status of the clients such as Asmeeta, R- infra and direct walk-in clients.
4. Preparing DPR ( detailed project reports ), letter of credit, cash credit, bank guarantee, analysing  client eligibility
5. Making the arrangement for pre & post shipment finance
6. Analyse and make arrangement of fund for Redevelopment
7. Maintain documents of both the parties (banks & clients)
8. Follow up with banks whether the loan has been sanctioned & update clients regarding status
