2. Sourcing / Headhunting through Job Portals / Social Networking
3. End to end recruitment.
4. Scheduling interviews & follow-up with candidates.
. Ensure that all the documentation (i.e. Job Description, specifications, general information, tracking and applicant flow) is complete for all open positions.
. Develop and maintain an efficient electronic sourcing mechanism for all recruitment positions.
. Maintain and exceed the defined recruiting SLAs
