We are glad to announce the introduction of SPAN Chandigarh NINJAS Internship Program (SNIP) .

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

Location : Mohali, Chandigarh
Experience : 0 to 1 yrs
Education : (UG – B.Tech/B.E. – Computers, BCA – Computers, B.Sc – Computers) OR (PG – M.Tech – Computers, MCA – Computers, M.Sc – Computers) OR ( Doctorate – Any Doctorate – Any Specialization)

JOB DESCRIPTION / DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

SELECTION PROCESS:
There will be an entrance test comprising of General Aptitude: Analytical, Arithmetic, Verbal & Reasoning and Technical section.
Candidates qualifying in Technical and Aptitude test will be called for Technical and HR round.
Merit is the only basis of selection.
No under graduate, final year or last semester students will be eligible for SNIP Batch unless your final semester's result is out.
Only passed out students (having result of final sem in hand) will be eligible.
The candidates should have scored min 60 % plus in 10th, 12th, graduation & PG (if post graduate).
Total Duration: 7.5 months, which will be divided into 2 phases:
Phase 1 : 45 days classroom/ project-work/case-study training
Evaluation on Technical Skills, General Behavior, Soft Skills etc at the end of 45 days training via tests, interviews etc.

Important Note: -
Only the candidates entering in to phase -2 will be eligible for the stipend of 10,000 INR for next 6 months.
Post successful completion of Phase-1 & Phase-2 (in total 1.5 months + 6 months= 7.5 months) the shortlisted candidates will be eligible to get a salary ranging between 15k-20k (depends on performance).
No Stipend will be paid during Phase-1 i.e. during first 45 days and all the candidates will have to make their own arrangements for stay, food, transportation etc.
Candidates who fail to qualify to Phase -2 post 45 days training given during Phase-1 will be terminated from SNIP and will not proceed further to Phase 2

Phase 2 :-
- On Job Training with Probation period of 6 months & Practical training on specific skill sets.
- On- Job Performance Evaluation on the basis of performance, skill sets assigned, general attitude and conduct.

Note:-
Confirmation will be subject to the performance, attitude and aptitude feedback from Supervisor, Team & floor.
