Ability to validate/prepare estimates for work in conjunction with the Lead
Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.

Experience : 0 – 5 Years
Education : UG – B.Tech/B.E.
PG – MBA/PGDM, MCA
DOCTORATE – Doctorate Not Required
JOB DESCRIPTION / DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
3-4 years as a Business Analyst
Experience in Gathering requirements and writing Business requirement documents.
Functional Requirements
Should have specifically worked on Analysis and requirements for building Internet/ Intranet websites.
Translating requirements to the Technical Team.
Providing Business solutions to customers
Knowledge of any Content management Application
Exposure to Direct client interaction
Flexible work schedule
Good communication skills
Note: No need for Insurance and Banking knowledge and certifications.
Qualification BE/ B Tech/ Post Graduations in Engineering field/ Equivalent degrees
Work Experience (yrs) 0 to 2 years of experience in case of MBA from a reputed institute
3.5 to 6 yrs in case of qualification BE/ MCA
