JOB DESCRIPTION / DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

Responsible for workforce planning & complete recruitment life cycle for middle-management positions for all SBU's of airtel (Mobile, DTH, Enterprise Services, Network Services, Telemedia, Shared Services) across geographies.
The job requires efficient hiring with key focus on hiring metrics like TAT , Source Utilization, Requisition Vs Hired, Cost of Hire & Quality of Hire.
