Job Description

Will be handling end to end HR activities like recruitment,induction,joining & exit formalities,Payroll processing,Statutory compliance,maintenance of Compliance records & Personnel file.Will also be preparing the major report and metrics.

Candidate should possess an MBA(HR) or BE
Candidate should have minimum 0.5-1year of experience in HR preferably in Software Industry.
Meticulous, detailed, well-organized and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
Capable of multi tasking with the minimum turn around time
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under high pressure and have an eye for details
Must be able to gel with people of all cadres and temperaments.
Good knowledge of MS office and internet skill.
Only female candidates from Coimbatore are preferred.
