Minimum Skills :-
The candidate should be B.E/B.Tech (Comp Sc or IT) or B.sc (CS/IT/CT/SE) or equivalent graduate from a recognized university.
The candidate should have knowledge of software development life cycle, testing methodologies, quality control, and quality assurance
Knowledge of functional and regression testing.
Demonstrable problem solving and analytical skills.
The candidate should have strong verbal,written and presentation communication skills
The candidate should posses excellent organizational skills.
Must be ability to participate in a team environment
Ability and enthusiasm to learn new products quickly, meet deadlines, and contribute creatively throughout the entire development process.
Knowledge on both traditional SDLC and agile/scrum development a plus with industry standard automation testing tools a plus database technologies (SQL Server) a plus.
Experience with Windows Operating system and environments a plus.
Job Description :-
Assure product quality through the development of 'net-new' manual or automated test scripts.
Assure process quality and consistency through development or adherence to guidelines and standards appropriate to product and industry and/or development life cycle.
When involved in testing, Ensure test design is traceable to requirement and achieves a high level of requirement and test execution coverage. Continuously improve test scripts and product coverage.
Complete all updates test cases, test scripts, test harnesses, test guidelines according to schedule.
Execute all assigned testing, whether manual or automated, according to schedule and any productivity targets committed.
Follow the processes and products against applicable standards, and procedures.
Participate in defect reviews or other project efforts, providing clear status when needed
