Responsibilities:-- Handle recruitment across all positions for Ocwen- Working
closely with Management to fill positions.- Handle end-to-end recruiting
responsibilites that will include sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing,
extending offers, and induction of new joinees when they join.- Work on periodic
recruiting reports- Achieve monthly and annual recruiting targets set by the
Business Unit- Support the Business Unit in implementation of HR Initiatives-
Handle exits and terminations. KRAs:- - Hire within the set Service Level
Agreement and achieve the target sigma level for recruiting.- Hire through the
most cost-effective sources and reduce recruiting costs- Increase applicant to
hire ratio to ensure that the best candidate is hired.- Assist employees and
Management in correct interpretation and understnading of HR Policies and
Procedures.Please Note: This posting is a contractual role.Desired
Profile Qualification/Skills: - Graduate with prior experience in
Recruitments. MBA preferred.- Extremely good written and verbal communication
skills- Ability to work under pressure and deliver within strict deadlines.-
