Drafting, vetting, preparation and finalization of Store agreements all over India & other documentation related thereto.
Drafting, vetting, preparation and finalization of various Agreements pertaining to various departments of the company like Marketing, HR, IT, Legal, Finance, projects, supply, corporate tie ups, six sigma etc of all over India.
Complete Due Diligence of properties all over India for store opening feasibility.
Negotiations with the landlord/advocates to finalize the agreement in the best interest of the company
Co-ordination and liaison with lawyers and attorneys representing the Company for providing necessary information and inputs in respect of various suits and proceedings to which Company is a party.
Co-ordinating and filing of trademark registration, if required.
Co-ordination & liaison with International law firms and attorneys for providing necessary information and inputs in respect of various overseas business opportunities.
Provide Legal updates in relation of the law applicable to the concerned person. Information on law & providing documents for applying of various Licenses

Law graduate from Delhi University
Good Communication skills.
Should be well versed with court proceedings. Legal Drafting of documents..
