Job Description

Handling the end to end recruitment process.

Responsible for sourcing

candidates through job portals, head hunting, company mapping and
references.

Candidate evaluation (screening them) on various parameters according to client requirement (viz. educational qualification,experience,salary, key skills, location etc.)

Regular follow up with clients and candidates from initial conversation till the candidate finally joins the organization.
